New Victory LabWorks fosters the creation of new work for young audiences and champions innovative, adventurous performing arts for audiences of all ages.
To promote the creation of high-quality American performing arts for family audiences, New Victory LabWorks provides resources and mines opportunities for exchange among a diverse spectrum of New York City-based arts professionals: artists, educators, presenters, producers and other practitioners in the field of performing arts for young people.
New Work Development: For artists of all disciplines who desire an experience tailored to their specific needs and individual creative processes, New Victory LabWorks offers artists, selected by an application review panel, a stipend, ample dedicated rehearsal space in the New 42nd Street Studios and the possibility of holding Open Rehearsals for industry professionals, fellow artists and New Victory Member families of the proposed target age group. Facilitated by New Victory staff, these experiences provide the invaluable feedback of peers and target audiences alike.

Professional Development for Artists: New Victory LabWorks offers a series of workshops, master classes and various networking events, as well as opportunities to attend performances in the New Victory season.
