There’s always something to see (or see again!) with New Victory On Demand. This season, digital versions of most shows playing at the New Victory Theater will be available to stream from wherever you work, live or play! Streaming passes are just $10 for up to 72-hour access and our beloved summer series, New Victory Dance, will be available free of charge all season.

On-Demand FAQs

How do I watch shows via New Victory On Demand?

After you rent an on-demand show, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to watch.

Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the confirmation email and hold onto your link as it grants you unique access to automatically login and view the show. This link will not work if shared with others.

How long do I have to view the show?

You have up to 72 hours from the time you first start the video. You may begin, pause or rewatch the show as many times as you like during that period.

Can more than one member of my household view the show?

Yes, you only need one login and access link per household. Anyone outside of your household, however, would need to purchase their own access and set up their own account.

What devices can I use to watch a performance?

New Victory On Demand shows are accessible only through an internet browser. They are best viewed on your Mac, Windows or Chrome computer. If you have a SmartTV or device that allows you to stream, cast, or mirror to your television set, you may also use that method to watch. Here are some Tips and Tricks for TV Streaming you may find helpful.

What browsers do you recommend?

If you’re streaming on a Mac, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome and Safari. For Windows users we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome and Edge. Internet Explorer is not recommended.

Can I log in on multiple devices?

Yes, if you begin to view a stream on one device and want to switch to a different one, you may login on up to three devices per show during your viewing period.

What if I forgot my login info?

Our Ticket Services associates are happy to assist if you have trouble logging in to your account for viewing. However, most people can update their passwords themselves.

Once you are on the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link, enter your information, and await the password reset email.

Can I download a show and watch offline?

No, to watch our shows, you need a continuous internet connection. Our shows are streamed via the internet, not downloaded to your device.
