Field Trip Guide Schools » Teacher Resources » Field Trip Guide Education Season Ticketing Guidelines Details on season ticket allowances, group sizes and canceling or adjusting reservations. Ticket Reservations Tickets for Education Performances are open to all New Victory Partner Schools. Ticket availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Partner Schools may book up to 165 tickets per education performance; this maximum includes teachers and chaperones at a 10:1 Student to Chaperone ratio. If your school policies necessitate more chaperones, you may request additional tickets, up to a 5:1 Student to Chaperone ratio. NOTE: Some performances for early education students take place in smaller performance spaces with smaller capacities and ticket maximums. The minimum group size allowed per education performance is 10 students and 1 chaperone. Adjusting or Canceling Ticket Reservations Ticket reservations to New Victory performances must be canceled at least 10 business days (2 weeks) before the event date. If student or chaperone counts change, the school must notify the New Victory Education Department 10 business days before the event. Additional tickets are not guaranteed due to capacity limits. If a school group must cancel their field trip, the Education Partnership team will try to reschedule them based on ticket availability. School Partners have access to some digital performances in the 2023-24 season production. Streaming access is available for a limited time. There are no refunds issued for ticket cancellations.
