Health Guidelines

Stay up to Date with Respiratory Virus Vaccines

Patrons are encouraged, but not required, to remain up to date on their vaccines, based on their eligibility as determined by the CDC. Staying up to date on vaccines for respiratory viral illnesses, including Covid-19, influenza and RSV, significantly lowers the risk of getting very sick.

Practice Good Hygiene

Keep yourself safe and be courteous to others by washing and sanitizing your hands and covering coughs and sneezes.

Reschedule and Rest

If you or a family member is not feeling well, please stay home and contact Ticket Services at 646.223.3010 to reschedule your performance.

Masks Are Welcomed but not Required

Wearing a mask can help lower the risk of respiratory virus transmission. Mask use is recommended particularly when:

Wear a mask with the best fit, protection and comfort for you.

Cleaning Protocols

The theater, including the auditorium, seats, armrests, railings, door knobs and other high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before each performance.

Theater bathrooms are ventilated and equipped with touchless toilets, sinks and soap dispensers. Air hand dryers are disabled.

Touchless hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the building.

Our air filtration system is outfitted with MERV-13 filters. The air in the auditorium is fully replaced after every performance.

Safety Guidelines

Please follow the instructions of security guards and New Victory staff.

Space for stroller parking and free lockers to store your belongings are provided, but we ask that large bags or backpacks be left at home. All bags are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to request that any visitors not following these protocols leave the premises.
