On performance days, the will call window is open an hour before curtain and remains open through the start of the show.

Venue Information
New Victory performances take place in two venues, which are both convenient to public transit ↗, parking ↗, and many family-friendly restaurants and businesses.
New Victory Theater
Our primary venue is New York City's oldest operating theater, just steps from the Times Square—42nd Street subway station!
The New Victory features three levels of seating—Orchestra, Mezzanine and Balcony—and a lower lobby. All theater amenities are located in this downstairs level, including the restrooms.
New 42 Studios
Our more intimate venue is located just a few doors down from the New Victory.
Performances at New 42 Studios take place in rehearsal studios transformed to have stage and seating areas. Restrooms are available on the same floor.
