Our first workshop of the season is inspired by Ping Chong and Company’s Generation Rise, which features real New York City teens sharing their stories about coming of age amid a global pandemic, political strife and social unrest. In this introspective workshop, led by a team of New Victory Teaching Artists, participants will collaborate with their peers to explore interview-based theater-making, centered around the themes of racial justice, social justice and theater for change.
