Vaccination and Testing Requirements Everyone 12 and up must provide proof of full vaccination. Kids under 12 must provide either proof of full vaccination or a date/time-stamped negative Covid-19 test. Flexible Ticket Exchanges If you can’t attend your scheduled performance, you can exchange your tickets, donate them back for a tax deduction or request a refund up to 1 hour before your performance time. Digital & On-Demand Options Online Pre & Post-show Activities To create a low-touch lobby space, and build excitement before and after your visit, interactive pre & post-show family activities will be online. On-Demand Performances We understand that not all families may be ready to return to the theater, so digital versions of this season’s productions will be available to stream on demand during its run.
