Mirror, mirror on the wall, this Snow White has laughs for all. Follow our feisty heroine as she escapes her maniacally murderous stepmother—with help from a bunch of forgetful forest-dwelling vegans! The well-trod tale of vanity and virtue is ripe for reinvention, now bristling with original songs from a live band of six storytellers. At once fresh and familiar with tongue (and poisoned apple) planted firmly in cheek, this rustic retelling brings a witty warmth to the Grimm classic and reminds us that even the wicked deserve a chance at redemption.
A truly magical, modern fairy-tale experience
βCambridge Edition
New International Encounter (NIE) is a motley crew of multilingual, multinational artists who believe theater is an international language. Bridging backgrounds and boundaries, their productions mix live music with physical theater and tour for up to 200 days a year. Based in both England and Norway, NIE creates new shows in co-production with venues and theater companies across Europe.
Cambridge Junction has been a celebrated producer of live performances for over 20 years. They work extensively with young people and local artists and believe strongly in the importance of removing barriers so everyone can be a part of the creative process.
Tobacco Factory Theatres fosters an inclusive, creative community rooted in their home in South Bristol. They proudly offer creative learning and participation opportunities to 3,000 people each year, with 200 children and adults attending their courses every week.
