Action Pack FAQ

I haven't settled my holiday plans yet—how do I avoid missing this amazing deal?

Action Pack pricing must end on November 1, but you can take advantage of our flexible exchange policy to switch your seats up to two days before the show. If you need even greater flexibility, New Victory Membership benefits include an ongoing ticket discount and free exchanges.

I can't make all three—are there other savings options?

If the complete Action Pack doesn't fit your schedule, one benefit of New Victory Membership is a ticket discount on all season performances.

How many seats do I get at the discount? Can I mix and match across shows?

Buy the number of seats that suits your family for each show! Up to six tickets per performance qualify for the Action Pack price, but add as many regular price tickets as you want. (Or bring a crowd and enjoy group pricing.)

What about Balcony seats? Can I sit up there and save?

The Action Pack pricing does not extend to Balcony seats, but regular priced tickets on that level will also unlock the three-show offer. The tickets in the Orchestra and Mezzanine will change price; the Balcony ones will remain full price at $25.

Are accessible seats included in this offer?

Absolutely. All seats in the Orchestra and Mezzanine are eligible, which includes wheelchair locations and many other specialty seats.

Is the Action Pack gift-able?

Tickets are always tied to the person who placed the order, but we can make it work. Reach out to Ticket Services to coordinate an order that involves your credit card and giftee contact information for the tickets. That being said, all seats are date and time specific, so a gift card might better suit.

Can I get the deal applied to my existing reservation?

The Action Pack is available for new orders only and cannot be used in combination with other discounts.

What are the detailed terms and conditions?

Discounts will automatically appear when tickets to all three shows are in your cart. Ticket quantities may vary by show or section but are limited to a max of 6 discounted tickets per show. Discount does not apply to Balcony seats. Discount not applicable to previously purchased tickets. Offer subject to change and may be revoked at any time. Blackout dates may apply. Offer available through November 1, 2026, at 11:59pm.
